Karton understands the importance of a nurturing and healthy working environments for its employees.
As an important part of ensuring the wellbeing of all our employees, in 2019 we introduced an all-employee welfare programme in conjunction with Happily. This service provides healthcare services cover for employees and their families, childcare options, or a cash allowance to be spent on a multitude of benefits such as gym membership, etc. to suit an individual’s needs.
