reusable profile boxes
Reusable boxes are the perfect solution for each phase of automotive components’ manufacture: transport and storage of spare parts and semi-finished products.
Profile boxes feature internal dividers and partitions, as well as protective foams.
Our reusable boxes are made of durable Cartonplast® corrugated polypropylene: clean, does not release dust or fibres, and a high strength to weight ratio.
Dimensions ca be custom made, as well as graphic prints. Upon request, reusable boxes can feature antistatic treatment, especially useful for the applications where components cleanliness is a must.

layers pads
Layer pads are particularly suited to transport and protect automotive components, since they have a strong structure able to stand heavy loads, being lightweight at the same time.
Bespoke to your size and performance requirements, the dividers can be made in Karton’s signature materials: Cartonplast®, Eplak® and Exalite®, depending on the strength to weight ratio required.
Karton’s layer pads are made of polypropylene: resistant to water and moisture, as well as to chemicals and oils.
Their outstanding strength to weight ration make our layer pads perfect to make interior fittings in bulk containers to protect the delicate and valuable components inside.
Reusable and easy to clean, they can be print with customers’ logo.
foldable bulk containers
Karton offers smart reusable and foldable containers made in polypropylene, equipped with bespoke interiors options: plastic dividers, protective foams, partitions doubled with non-woven fabric.
We offer standard pallet size (European and Industrial pallets) as well as bespoke sizes to fit your needs.
Bulk containers’ heights are customisable as well as loading window.
They are supplied flat, optimising storage and logistics costs: and empty returns are easier as well!
We supply customisable prints on container sleeves to enhance brand image. Sleeves are made with Karton’s signature materials.
Highly durable and easy to clean, they can be recycled at the end of useful life.
