Phyl Pallet 5 runners is the ideal solution for any logistic chain
Phyl is a new generation of pallets, designed to improve logistics: it facilitates both mechanical and manual movements of goods.
Injection-moulded, one-piece design: no welds or joints, it has no breakage points.
Its dimensional consistency ensures interface with all types of material handling equipment, automation and conveyor systems.
Equipped with 5 runners, it is sturdy and withstands strong twisting loads as well as compression loads.
Suitable with all logistics infrastructures for handling and warehousing. Its mechanical characteristics and load resistance are tested in accordance with UNI/ISO 8611-1:2011 standards.
Ideal for food & beverage business, together with our layer pads. The grill-type design ensures it is easy to clean: designed without areas where water or dirt can accumulate.
Custom colours are available as well.
For specific requirements such as the transport of electronic components, we are able to provide a special conductive treatment.
If more resistance is required, we can further reinforce the Phyl pallet 5 Runners by using polypropylene added with a special compound.
It can be personalised with customers’ logo as well as with barcode or RFID upon request.
