Phylcon Lite containers are collapsible and are a cost-effective alternative to traditional Phylcon box pallet for light duty applications.
Pallet and lid are strong yet lightweight, the collapsible sleeve made of a triple wall corrugated plastic with sealed edges provides efficient protection. An easy locking mechanism secures the sleeve to pallet and lid.
A 4 way design, pallet and lid are injection moulded for dimensional consistency. Phylcon Lite box pallet has several custom options: custom print and colours, as well as internal dividers.
Most of all, the sealed edges sleeves are available in a wide range of height. The sleeve can feature a drop door for easy load.
Once empty, Phylcon Lite box pallets stack for a cost-efficient return trip and for warehouse storage: the sleeve can be flat pack, saving up to 77% volumes.
Karton Phylcon Lite containers protect product during picking, assembly, processing, storage and distribution applications in many industries, including automotive, appliances, food and electronics.
Phylcon Lite bulk containers are suited to light-duty application requirements. An ergonomic, user friendly design: easy and fast to fold and unfold.
We provide custom designed dunnage to protect components throughout the whole supply chain.
